Create an account and save your login details
Open the account creation page in the VPNBP user dashboard and enter the username and password you want to use. No email address is required, so you don’t need to prepare one beforehand. Choose a username that’s easy to remember but doesn’t reveal sensitive personal information. Don’t reuse a password from another website. Submit the form as instructed. If the username is already taken, try another one. If the format doesn’t meet the requirements, follow the rules shown on the page.
Once you’re in the dashboard, make sure it shows the account you just created, then save your username and password. Consider using your device’s password manager rather than relying on memory alone. Don’t share your password in public chats or posts, or include it in screenshots. Never use your password as the subscription name in your client. Choose an easy-to-recognize name, such as “VPNBP”—it has no connection to your account password.
When you want to use another device, sign in to your existing account and get the client and subscription there. You don’t need to create a separate account for each device. VPNBP supports unlimited devices, but that doesn’t mean data is unlimited. Your plan status and remaining data still determine whether each device can connect. Once your account is ready, go to the plans page and choose a billing option that fits how often you use the service.
Choose a plan and confirm your order
Go to the plans section of the user dashboard. First compare monthly plans with data packages, then check the data allowance. Monthly plans suit regular use: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly based on your activation date, not at the start of each calendar month. When choosing an allowance, factor in everyday browsing, video, downloads, and use on your other devices—not just occasional web browsing.
If your usage is spread out over time, consider a data package: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, or ¥658/3000GB. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. The difference between monthly plans and data packages is how billing and data usage work, not how you install the client. Whichever you choose, return to the account overview to get an active subscription and import it on your device.
After choosing a plan, check the plan name, price, and data allowance on the order page, then pay using one of the options provided in the dashboard. Supported payment methods are Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Keep the order page open during payment, then return to the user dashboard to check your order and plan status. A completed payment on the payment provider’s page doesn’t mean your client has received the latest configuration. Confirm that your plan is active in the dashboard before continuing.
If your plan status hasn’t updated after payment, check the order page first, then refresh the account overview. Don’t submit the same order again while its status is unclear. If you need help with an order, open a ticket in the dashboard and include the order details—but never send your password or full subscription link. VPNBP offers a 60-day money-back guarantee; see the Terms of Service for details. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Check the result shown in the dashboard before proceeding.
Get your subscription from the user dashboard
After confirming your plan is active, open the account overview and check your plan and data details. Then find the subscription or import option. A subscription link isn’t a website address for everyday browsing—it lets your client retrieve route configurations. Once imported, the routes appear in the client as a selectable list. Send the link to your client rather than pasting it into a search engine.
If the dashboard offers a one-click import option for your client, select it. Your browser may ask permission to open another app. Check that the app name matches the client you intend to use before continuing. If the client isn’t installed or the browser doesn’t open it, install the client in the next section, then return to the account overview and try importing again. Don’t repeatedly click import options for different clients.
You can also use the dashboard’s copy option and paste the full subscription link into your client’s “Import from URL” field or equivalent. Copy the entire link without removing anything after the question mark or adding quotation marks or other text. Give the configuration a recognizable name, save it, and update it. The configuration has been read successfully once the route list appears; seeing only a configuration name isn’t enough to confirm a successful import.
Treat your subscription link as a personal access credential. Hide the link and account details before sharing screenshots for support. The address below is a teaching example that shows the format only; it won’t connect and can’t replace your personal subscription from the dashboard:
https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN
If the dashboard offers a subscription reset option, read its notice first. Whether the old link stops working depends on the dashboard’s instructions, and existing devices may need the subscription reimported or updated. For routine connection issues, check the subscription update first; resetting it doesn’t need to be your default fix. Once your subscription is ready, follow the instructions below for your device’s operating system.
Import on each platform
Open the client section in the user dashboard and get a client for your device’s operating system. For Windows, macOS, and Android, use the VPNBP client links provided in the dashboard. For iOS, follow the dashboard instructions to the relevant App Store page. This guide doesn’t provide direct download links. Download links require an active, unexpired plan; if you don’t meet the requirements, follow the instructions in the dashboard. Installing a client and importing a subscription are separate steps. After installation, import the subscription from your account overview.
Windows: Find the desktop client’s configuration settings
Get the desktop client for Windows, install it as prompted, and open the app. Look for a section called “Configuration,” “Subscription,” or something similar. Choose to add a configuration, then paste your subscription into the import-from-link option. Name it VPNBP if you like, save it, and update it. Check that the route list appears. If you imported it with the dashboard’s one-click option, return to the client and confirm the new configuration belongs to your account, then set it as the active configuration.
Connect only after the import succeeds. The client may offer options for using a system proxy or routing system traffic through the client. Start with the default settings described by the dashboard and client; there’s no need to change several network options at once. If the system asks for permission, check which app is requesting it and follow the prompt. If you denied permission, check the client settings and try again. Avoid running multiple network clients of the same type at the same time, as it can be hard to tell which one is active.
macOS: Check system permissions after importing
Choose the macOS desktop client in the user dashboard, install it, and open it. Go to configuration or subscription management and import using the dashboard’s one-click option, or add a remote subscription and paste the full link. Save and update it, then select the configuration you just imported. Confirm the route list appears, choose a route, and connect. Keep in mind that opening the app isn’t the same as connecting; network traffic won’t automatically go through the client.
macOS may ask you to allow a configuration or grant permission when you enable network features. Follow the system prompts to open the relevant settings, check the client name, and allow the required actions. Then return to the app and try connecting again. If you denied permission earlier, importing the subscription again usually won’t fix the issue. For more detailed installation, permission, and configuration steps, see our step-by-step macOS setup guide. This page covers the basic connection workflow.
Android: Manage subscriptions in the mobile client
Get the Android mobile client from the user dashboard, install it, and open its subscription or configuration manager. If there’s an add button, choose the option to import from a link, paste your subscription, enter a configuration name, and save. Update the subscription and check that the routes have loaded. If you use the browser’s one-click import option, allow it to open the client, then check the import result in the app. A browser redirect alone doesn’t confirm that the import is complete.
When you select a route and connect, Android may ask you to confirm that a network connection can be created. Check the app name and allow it, then check the connection status in the client. Switch to your browser or target app to test access. If the connection drops after your screen locks, check the system’s background activity and battery settings for the client. Menu names vary by device, so don’t assume the settings path is the same on every device. Reconnect after making changes and verify the result during actual use.
iOS: Get a compatible client using the dashboard instructions
Open the iOS client link in the user dashboard and follow the instructions to the relevant App Store page to get a compatible mobile client. Check the dashboard and store page for the app name, eligibility requirements, and available links. After installation, return to the account overview and use the import option provided there. If importing manually, look for subscription management, add configuration, or import from URL in the client. Paste the full link and update the routes.
After importing, enable the configuration you just added and choose a route. The first time you connect, iOS may ask you to allow a VPN configuration. Follow the system instructions, then return to the client and connect. Don’t stop at seeing the configuration listed—check that it shows as connected. Test access in your target app. If the app still shows an old page, refresh it or reopen it before judging the result, so cached content doesn’t give you a false impression of the current route.
VPNBP also supports Linux. On Linux devices, check the user dashboard for compatible options and get your client and subscription there; don’t reuse installation steps for another operating system. VPNBP supports unlimited devices, and multiple devices can use the same active account subscription. Each device still needs its own import, permissions, and connection check.
Connect to a route and verify it works
Return to the client and make sure the selected configuration is the one you just imported and updated successfully. Choose a region from the route list based on the needs of your target service. If no particular region is required, try a nearby one first. VPNBP covers 100+ countries and 190+ routes; the options available to you are listed in your account. The number of regions doesn’t mean every route will work for every service. Check route suitability and platform account requirements separately.
After connecting, check that the client shows a connected status and that there are no permission prompts waiting for your attention. Then open your browser and visit the website you want to use. Once the page loads, test the feature you need—for example, open another page or play content. The client status is a useful first check, but access to the target website is what matters. Browser access also doesn’t guarantee that every app is using the same network path, so test the apps you actually need separately.
If the target page won’t load, first confirm that your device has an internet connection. Then check your plan status and remaining data in the dashboard. Next, make sure the subscription updated successfully, the configuration is enabled, the connection is on, and system permissions are granted. Change one setting at a time and retry the same page to make it easier to identify the problem. Note your original route before switching, and avoid changing the configuration, connection mode, and target region all at once.
If regular websites work but a streaming service still shows a region message or account restriction, check the platform’s account region and service rules first. Not every message means the subscription import failed. For streaming region checks, route selection, and video quality, read the streaming guide. For an overview of supported streaming platforms, see the streaming access guide. This page covers basic client connectivity, not the restrictions applied by individual platforms.
If the problem persists, open a support ticket in the user dashboard with your operating system, client name, the step where the issue occurred, what you’ve tried, and the exact error message. Hide your password and full subscription link in screenshots. Accurate error details are more useful than simply saying “it won’t connect.” Once you’ve verified the connection, keep an eye on your plan and data usage. When you’re done, disconnect in the client and check that your device has returned to the expected network state.
