Service Scope
VPNBP provides a network acceleration subscription for cross-border access and access to international websites, covering 100+ countries / 190+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get client software and subscription details through the user panel.
Coverage does not mean every route will always connect, nor does it mean VPNBP provides content, accounts, or regional eligibility for third-party platforms. Refer to the actual route list in the user panel; third-party services remain subject to their own rules.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is needed to create an account; use a username and password. Keep your login and subscription details secure, and do not share your credentials. If you notice unusual activity, change your password and report it by ticket. Never submit your password when contacting support.
This service allows unlimited simultaneous connections on the account holder's own devices. Unlimited connections do not permit sharing an account or subscription link with others. Reselling or renting accounts, or offering subscriptions as a commercial access service to others, is prohibited.
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date; the price difference for an upgrade partway through a billing period is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They expire when used up and do not expire over time. Payments are accepted via Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
Before choosing, review plan pricing and billing rules. Monthly subscriptions and data packages have different usage rules; unused monthly subscription data does not carry over as a permanent data package.
Lawful Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and in any region relevant to their activities, as well as the service rules of websites and platforms they access. The service must not be used for fraud, violating others' rights, distributing illegal content, or other unlawful purposes.
Attacking network systems, disrupting other users' connections, abusing network resources at scale, or accessing someone else's system without authorization is prohibited. Users are responsible for their own content and actions. VPNBP may investigate specific violations and take necessary measures.
Refund Policy
A full refund may be requested within 60 days of the first payment, for any reason. To request one, sign in to the user panel and use the ticket portal. Include your request and order details needed for verification; no reason is required.
VPNBP will verify the payment record and inform you of the outcome and refund status. If additional information is needed during processing, provide only details relevant to verifying the order. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider's records; these terms do not promise a fixed processing time.
Availability and Scope of Responsibility
Connection quality depends on factors such as the local network, device settings, exit routes, third-party platform rules, and maintenance. VPNBP does not guarantee a fixed speed, uninterrupted connections, or continuous access to specific third-party content. Maintenance or adjustments that affect the service will be explained in site announcements.
VPNBP will investigate and explain how issues within the service scope are handled. Third-party website content, account actions, and payment disputes are outside the scope of service delivery. Responsibility for external factors will be determined based on the actual cause and applicable law; these terms do not exclude any liability VPNBP must bear by law.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
If there is unlawful use, resale or sharing, an attack, or serious disruption to the service, VPNBP may suspend relevant features and terminate accounts found to be in violation after review. Measures will be proportionate to the conduct and its impact. Users who disagree with a decision may explain their position through a ticket. Account actions do not replace the legally required review of refund requests and statutory rights.
If these terms change due to service updates or legal requirements, the date on this page will be updated, and site announcements will explain significant changes and how they apply. Changes affecting paid benefits will include an explanation of how they will be handled; updating this page will not retroactively cancel refund rights already available.
