What to include in your ticket

Connection and client issues

Include your platform, the region of the route you selected, when the issue occurred, and the affected website or app. Say whether you can’t connect, can connect but can’t open sites, or experience interruptions. If you see an error, include its exact text or a screenshot. Note what you’ve already tried to help support move on to the next troubleshooting step.

Get clients and subscriptions from the user panel. For help with the setup process, read the getting started guide. To learn about choosing a region, see the server page.

Subscription, payment, and refund issues

Include the relevant plan, order status, and what happened. If you’ve paid but the status in the panel hasn’t updated, you can attach the relevant payment record. Before submitting, hide any personal information unrelated to the issue. VPNBP accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT and offers a 60-day money-back guarantee. See the Terms of Service for details.

Never send your password, full subscription link, or access token in a ticket. Check screenshots for these details and hide them before sharing; include only what’s needed for troubleshooting.

Replies and follow-ups

How long will it take to get a reply?

No standard response time is listed on this page. Wait times vary depending on the issue, the information needed to investigate, and the ticket queue. Check for replies in the user panel; refer to your ticket for updates on any issue that needs further review.

Should I submit a new ticket if the issue changes?

For the same issue, add details to your existing ticket, such as a new error message, a route change, or an updated payment status. Keeping everything in one thread makes it easier to review. For unrelated issues, submit separate tickets so connection troubleshooting and order questions don’t get mixed together.

What if I can’t log in?

First, check your username and password, and note any message shown on the login page. You must be logged in to submit a ticket, and no email or Telegram alternative has been announced. Use the account support options available in the user panel, and don’t send your credentials to unverified accounts.
